Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, engagement, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and policy implementation.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration, records, documentation, and compliance.
• Supervise and support the HR team in delivering effective HR services.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and strategies.
• Provide HR reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
