Responsibilities

• Support manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and staffing requirements while ensuring timely hiring and proper employee placement.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage employee and labor relations concerns, including grievance handling and disciplinary cases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
• Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
