Job summary

The role covers HR documentation, payroll support, benefits administration, and partnering with managers on workforce planning to drive retention. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and has hands-on experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, or generalist support.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, documentation standards, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment.
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, or payroll tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation confidentially
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, workplace standards, and HR best practices
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and employee development programs
• Assist payroll, benefits administration, compensation updates, and HR reporting as required
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, workforce planning priorities, and retention strategies
