Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.

• Assist with internal and external HR matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and update HR reports.
• Support leaves, compensation, and HR inquiries.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.
• Perform administrative hearings and prepare memos for violators.
• Process last pay for resigned employees.
• Prepare PMF for department/position changes and probationary to regularization.
