Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, contracts, memoranda, and other HR-related documents.
• Coordinate employee training, orientations, and engagement activities.
• Address employee concerns and provide HR support when needed.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
