A leading food and beverage company in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to selection. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 1-2 years of experience in human resources. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Formación

• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Relative work experience in the same field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all recruitment activities.
• In charge of the end-to-end process of recruitment.
• Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes.

Conocimientos

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under minimum supervision

Willingness to be trained

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
