Job summary

Lucky RV Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage a comprehensive range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.

The role supports employees and management in day-to-day HR operations, focusing on compliance and a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in an HR generalist or HR admin role, be well organized, and proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and recruitment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as HR Generalist or HR admin in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS software; able to use AI tools for productivity.
• Experience with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and empathetic.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records, attendance, and leaves.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, perform background checks, and draft offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, contract prep, orientation, and policy briefings.
• Prepare payroll data, assist processing, administer benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary actions with proper documentation and compliance.
• Support performance appraisals and track development plans.
• Foster employee engagement and address concerns to maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company rules; update as needed.
• Coordinate training sessions and help develop training materials.
• Monitor attendance and manage leave requests in line with policy.
