With 1-3 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will collaborate with the team to implement HR policies and address employee relations matters, while leveraging MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for employee relations issues and conduct exit interviews.
