Job summary

The role offers opportunities to coordinate training, support payroll processes, and maintain accurate HR records in a dynamic environment within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
• Performs tasks as assigned to support the Human Resources and Admin department.
