Job summary

Regen One Foods Corporation in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to support government-mandated benefits administration, HRIS management, records, recruitment, training, labor relations, and compliance. You will provide administrative support to HR Specialists and help implement HR programs across the organization.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of PH labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, BA, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR and HRIS.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer enrollment and maintenance of government-mandated benefits.
• Process applications, changes, loans, and benefit-related concerns.
• Coordinate with agencies on records and compliance.
• Ensure timely statutory reports and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
• Generate HR reports, manpower updates, and employee movement.
