SmartRecruiters, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to recruit, screen, and onboard candidates, while administering HR programs and maintaining employee records.

You will partner with multiple departments to meet hiring needs, ensure compliance with local laws, support compensation and benefits, and address employee relations concerns, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HR Generalist or HR Recruitment Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Can work well under pressure with strategic thinking abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Psychology is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork and endorsements.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and laws such as Phil Labor Law.
• Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
• Prepare employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions using HR management system software.
• Address employee relations issues and concerns.
• Administer compensation or benefits programs.
• Collaborates with different departments for the hiring requirements and resolution of employee concerns.
