Job summary

THOUGHTFOCUS Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a capable HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes, ensuring positions are filled on time.

You will develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and provide advisory support to line, middle, and senior managers on performance-related matters. Responsibilities include coordinating goal setting and performance reviews, analyzing training needs, and driving Learning and Development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection activities to fill vacancies on time.
• On-boarding to off-boarding processes for employees.
• Develops and implements HR policies and maintains records/documentation.
• Manages employee database and records.
• Advises line, middle, and senior managers on performance matters.
• Coordinates goal setting and performance reviews.
• Analyzes training needs with project managers.
• Drives Learning and Development activities and coordinates such efforts.
• Implements companywide communications, events and activities for employees.
• Handles grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Assists on payroll concerns and benefits.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conducts regular site inspections and maintains employee files.
• Performs related HR, administration and finance tasks.
