• Recruitment and Hiring: Post job ads, screen resumes, organize interviews, and prepare employment contracts.
• Onboarding: Guide new workers through orientation, company handbooks, and initial training.
• Employee Relations: Handle staff questions, mediate conflicts, and assist with disciplinary or grievance issues.
• Records and Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, track leave requests, and support payroll or benefits processing.
