VST ECS Phils Inc. (Former MSI-ECS Phils. Inc.) is seeking an HR Generalist - Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and foster a positive candidate experience. The role covers sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding for multiple BU accounts.

The successful candidate will support performance management cycles, assist payroll tasks, and prepare HR reports on attrition, absenteeism and movement. Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• At least 5 years relative experience preferably in IT, Retail, Service or FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
• Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information.
• Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proficient on online virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

The HR Generalist - Executive is responsible in hiring the most qualified person for every job requirement and will promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment to the hiring process.

This position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment to hiring process which includes the following:
