University Home Lacson is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on maintaining records, coordinating background verification, and ensuring policy compliance while fostering employee engagement.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of Generalist experience, with proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Coordinate background verification and documentation processes.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.
Support managers with performance improvement initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits
Support payroll inputs and attendance management.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Coordinate leave management and employee insurance processes.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Track employee training records and effectiveness.
Support career development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
at least 2 years of HR experience in a Generalist role.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
