Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Laguna to lead HR practices and ensure an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture.

The role focuses on empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, plus guiding recruitment and ongoing workforce development. You will provide policy guidance, assist with procedures and documentation, and coordinate resolutions to policy-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• With knowledge of HR functions (pay Compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.).
• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability. Potential to handle a leadership role.
