Job summary

GJH SERCONS, INC. in Taguig City, Metro Manila is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations, collaborating with department heads to implement HR solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin and at least 6 months of HR Generalist experience. Knowledge of DOLE hearings and SEnA proceedings is a plus.

About the role

GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations within our fast-paced organization. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
• Knowledgeable in handling Employee Relations
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and implement effective solutions
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
• Assist with the design and delivery of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and talent management strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing input and support for HR projects and special initiatives as needed

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 6 months experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience handling and attending DOLE hearings and SEnA (Single Entry Approach) proceedings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and HR information management systems
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and pragmatic solutions
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
