Job summary

GJH SERCONS, INC. in Taguig City, Metro Manila is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations, collaborating with department heads to implement HR solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin and at least 6 months of HR Generalist experience. Knowledge of DOLE hearings and SEnA proceedings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling DOLE hearings and SEnA proceedings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement effective HR solutions.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the design and delivery of HR initiatives such as engagement programs and talent management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees addressing queries in a professional manner.
