Entech Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to work closely with leaders to ensure effective execution of Employee Services and Labor Relations processes in Cebu City.
You will handle new hire onboarding, personnel records in the HCIS system, and collaboration with Remuneration and Benefits for payroll-related matters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The HR Generalist is responsible for working directly with leaders and ensures the effective and efficient execution of Employee Services and Labor Relations processes.
Works closely with Business Unit Leaders and Team Members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Keeps up to date and knowledgeable on all People & Organization programs and services needed in providing strategic advice to leaders in the execution of their people-related goals and strategies
Executes new hire management where newly hired Team Members are provided with the essentials needed upon reporting to work such as but not limited to their ID, uniform, company equipment, etc.
Executes the effective management of employee information in the HCIS System and records
Executes basic employee services processes such as but not limited to attending to employee requests and inquiries
Attends to the clearance processing and inquiries of existing/separated Team Members
Coordinates with Remuneration and Rewards on employee document request that are pay impacting
Serves as the point of contact and lead of People & Organization on company movements such as but not limited to change in company name, Team Members etc. from submitting regulatory requirements, documenting movements and serving contracts to Team Members as well as updating the employee/Team Member records
Cascades important company updates and works closely with the different functional units within People & Organization on programs affecting the brands that they serve
Advises and trains managers and supervisors in effectiveemployee relationspractices and strategies for managing supervisor problems andemployeegrievances
Develops further Employee Relations training and calibration as needed
Represents the organization in negotiations withemployeeandlabororganizations
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Ensures company compliance to labor laws and applicable government regulations through information dissemination, implementation and reporting
Handles employee travels from flight booking, accommodation and per diem processing and credit
Ensures that all government obligations are adhered to
Ensures that employee list is updated, complete, accurate and reliable
Prepares data analytics for headcount, statistics and attrition
Handles end to end 201 management from ensuring completion of requirements from pre-hiring and updating all records up to post-employment
Ensures confidentiality and secure access of 201 files including access controls and view
Ensures that movements that are in the HCIS System are properly documented and filed in the 201
Regularly updates the 201 files and disposes records that are more than 10 years from date of separation of the Team Member/s
Preferably has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Communication or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as HR Generalist
Strong knowledge and exposure in Employee Services and Employee Relations
Good communication skills
