Job summary

Our client, a Cebu-based IT solutions provider with a 37-year track record, seeks an HR Generalist to review and enhance HR programs, benefits (including HMO and annual leave), and day-to-day HR operations.

You will manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and HR communications, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills and independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR, recruitment, administration experience.
• Knowledge of core HR processes: recruitment, records management, attendance, payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll-related data.
• Support payroll coordination and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training.
• Coordinate government-mandated requirements and employee benefits.
• Oversee office administration, vendor management, and general duties.
