Job summary

Shin Media Inc. is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support diverse HR functions and ensure smooth people operations at the Liloan facility in Cebu, Philippines. The role requires 6 days on-site work (Monday to Saturday) at Uniplos Warehouse, Fatima Road, Brgy.

Jubay, Liloan, Cebu. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and has experience in HR, labor regulations, and HRIS systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to foster a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Experience in HR or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and employment regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.

Job Qualifications:
