Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for (agents, support, and leadership positions), including high-volume and ramp hiring.
Conduct HR interviews onsite and offsite; screen candidates and endorse qualified applicants to accounts based on hiring requirements.
Coordinate closely with account managers and operations to meet manpower targets and turnaround timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, external advertisements, and candidate databanks.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of candidate files, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new hires to assigned accounts.
Administer performance appraisal processes and support employee movement within accounts.
Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR inquiries in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.
Support employee engagement, retention, and training coordination initiatives to reduce attrition.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO operational standards.
Prepare HR and recruitment reports such as headcount, hiring status, and attrition updates.
Support change management initiatives and implement HR strategies aligned with BPO business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years and above as HR Generalist experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
Strong background in recruitment and HR operations.
