Job summary

E&R Builders and Management Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support compensation and benefits, timekeeping, payroll-related activities, and employee records.

The role involves handling employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and separation processes in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PH statutory benefits, HR policies, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR administration, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and basic payroll.
• Working knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits and government-mandated employee programs.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping of employee data, timekeeping, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitors employee leave availment, leave credits, and related documentation.
• Assists in the administration and monitoring of statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assists employees with statutory benefit and loan-related concerns and coordinates with agencies as needed.
• Monitors SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG payment records and assists with timely submissions.
• Coordinates with HMO provider for enrollment and related transactions.
• Manages timekeeping activities (DTR collection, validation, overtime, routing for approval).
• Maintains and updates employees' 201 files and the Employee Masterlist.
• Serves as point of contact for HR policies, benefits, timekeeping, and other concerns.
• Processes employee clearances and coordinates separation documents.
