Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection principles, practices, and processes.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels, including online job portals and social media platforms.
• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Basic knowledge of employment practices and HR policies and procedures.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the HR Recruiter and hiring managers regarding manpower requirements, job vacancies, and recruitment priorities.
• Assists in reviewing and finalizing job descriptions and recruitment requirements for assigned vacancies.
• Posts job vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels and platforms.
• Conducts active sourcing using online job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, institutional partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
• Identifies and develops potential sources of qualified candidates, including universities and professional organizations.
• Maintains and develops a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conducts targeted sourcing for hard-to-fill or specialized positions and engages passive candidates when necessary.
• Monitors recruitment pipelines and ensures vacancies are progressed in a timely manner.
• Reviews applications and resumes against established job requirements and qualifications.
• Conducts initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and fit.
