Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
• Support recruitment processes, maintain HRIS, handle payroll, and assist in employee relations.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Facilitate training programs and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide training for Marketing Team.
• Assist with training improvement for Marketing Team on how to close a deal.
• Provide assistance for editing photos and videos.
• Suggest how to improve the company as a team, assist all employees with tasks and guidance.
