Job summary

Indicle is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment in Metro Manila. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll, administer benefits, and guide managers on employee relations and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field, with 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR functions
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication; interviewing, test reports and writing skills
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
