Job summary

The role acts as a primary point of contact for employees and management, helping to maintain a positive, productive workplace culture and ensure timely HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and offer preparation.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
• Assist with compensation reviews and salary administration.
• Coordinate leave management, including FMLA, disability, and other employee leave programs.
• Support performance review processes and goal-setting programs.
• Assist managers with performance improvement plans and employee development activities.
• Track performance evaluation completion and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and policy updates.
• Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Track training completion and maintain training records.
• Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
• Assist with special HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
