We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Human Resources Department in delivering efficient HR services across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and records management. The HR Generalist provides administrative and operational support in the execution of various Human Resources functions. The role assists in ensuring that HR processes are carried out efficiently, in compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws, while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Prepare pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents for newly hired employees.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment databases and ensure all hiring documentation is complete and up to date.
Monitor and review employee timekeeping, attendance, leaves, overtime, and other records affecting compensation.
Process salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives, and other compensation adjustments accurately and on time.
Manage the processing and monitoring of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory benefits and contributions.
Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and benefits records and address employee concerns related to payroll and benefits.
Coordinate internal and external training programs and learning initiatives.
Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and related documentation.
Monitor employee training completion and maintain training records.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback collection and reporting.
Provide administrative support in addressing employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
Assist in documenting employee incidents, disciplinary actions, counseling sessions, and other employee relations matters.
Support the implementation of employee engagement and recognition programs.
Assist in monitoring probationary evaluations and performance improvement plans.
Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations and performance management.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee 201 files and HR records.
Coordinate the notarization and filing of employment contracts, training agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist in updating HR policies, manuals, and procedural documentation.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Assist in organizing HR activities, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
