The HR Generalist is responsible for handling the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR compliance, and organizational support. With 1-2 years of solid HR experience, the HR Generalist ensures effective execution of HR policies and programs that support both employees and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new-hire experience.
- Performance Management & Evaluation
- Administer and monitor employee performance appraisals.
- Provide support in implementing evaluation tools and improvement programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities to promote morale and retention.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing, government benefits, and company-provided benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and employee progress.
- HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and update HR policies and guidelines as needed.
- General HR Operations
Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Support management in special HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources role.
- Broad knowledge of recruitment, evaluation, employee relations, training, payroll, and labor law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
- Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday
