Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. This role ensures efficient HR processes, accurate employee records, and alignment with company policies and labor regulations, while supporting overall workforce performance and organizational growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure company policies, programs, and practices are updated, implemented, and compliant with labor regulations.
- Implement company initiatives, policies, and systems across the organization.
- Ensure employee clearances are processed according to company protocol.
- Stay updated on labor laws, DOLE standards, and minimum wage regulations.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and manage the full recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, onboarding, training, and orientation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, retention, onboarding, and offboarding.
Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, work assignments, and HR documentation.
- Update and organize digital and physical 201 files.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support as needed.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Attend employee hearings and DOLE-related concerns.
- Address manpower concerns and employee issues across communication channels.
Payroll & Compensation Oversight
- Ensure payroll accuracy including salaries, benefits, reimbursements, incentives, deductions, and charges.
- Review overtime, holiday pay, rest day pay, and government benefit claims.
- Monitor and process salary increases, adjustments, and corrections.
Manpower & Agency Coordination
- Monitor manpower agency billing and collections, including sale events.
- Ensure agency contracts are updated and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
Performance Management & Development
- Monitor employee performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
- Conduct performance appraisals and address performance-related issues.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, AB Psychology, or a related course
- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Experience in Organizational Development is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
- Monday to Friday compressed schedule
- Willing to travel when required
