The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, have 1 year of HR Generalist experience (fresh grads welcome), and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle recruitment, employee records, payroll, government compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee payroll preparation and processing, including attendance, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee government registrations and statutory contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable requirements.
Assist with employee benefits administration and government-related documentation.
Address employee concerns and assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Organize and support employee engagement activities, company events, and workplace initiatives.
Perform administrative and liaison duties, including coordination with government offices, external partners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare HR reports, letters, memoranda, and other administrative documents.
Ensure proper implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated employee benefits is an advantage.
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Willing to work fully onsite, Monday to Saturday.
