Job summary

Playtime Entertainment Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR functions, leveraging HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits, policy communications, and performance development, working with managers to sustain a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and interpret HR metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
