The HR Generalist provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and serves as the primary operational support for employees and departments. The role ensures that HR services are delivered accurately, efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, both physical and digital, and update employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Process employee movements, status changes, transfers, promotions, regularization, and separation documentation
Support recruitment activities including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, and employee onboarding activities
Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records, consolidate and validate timekeeping data for payroll processing
Process and monitor leave requests and coordinate attendance discrepancies with employees and supervisors
Collect and validate payroll-related information and coordinate payroll inputs, adjustments, and deductions
Respond to employee inquiries, assist in documentation of employee relations cases, and escalat e complex grievances to appropriate HR authority
Prepare regular HR reports and trackers, and maintain documentation required for internal audits and HR reviews
Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend practical improvements to HR workflows
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant HR experience
Sufficient knowledge in HRIS and employee records management, recruitment coordination, timekeeping and attendance monitoring, HR reporting, documentation and records management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
