QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• With knowledge of HR functions (pay Compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability Potential to handle a leadership role
