Job summary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join CC Glam & Beauty. Our location in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. This role is strategically important to our organization as it will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies and policies that align with company objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection of candidates
• Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and payroll coordination
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programmes
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support management with performance reviews and talent management initiatives
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Human Resources management role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
