From coordinating payroll and administering benefits to advising on employee relations and driving our talent acquisition strategy, you will ensure our people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company values. Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Lead a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture and sets them up for success from day one.
Continuously improve onboarding workflows to reflect our culture, values, and operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Guide and advise managers and employees on performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns and complaints.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws and regulations; assist in updating the employee handbook and policy manuals as needed.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO, and other company perks.
Serve as the point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Coordinate with the payroll team or external provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including handling deductions, adjustments, and final pay for separated employees.
Maintain and update employee compensation files and records.
Support the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
Partner with leadership to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Generate and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar multifaceted HR role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Experience with end-to-end payroll coordination is a must.
Proven experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
