Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years in HR management, strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with objectives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Oversee recruitment processes: job postings, interviews, selections.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate development programmes.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Support management with performance reviews and talent management.
• Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
