Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.

• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in performance management including evaluations and documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Support training and development initiatives.
