Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Payroll and benefits administration experience is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication; interviewing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Address employee relations concerns and advise managers.
• Ensure labor law and policy compliance; support performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and documentation
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Support training and development initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2-4 years of experience in HR functions
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration is an advantage
• Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
