Fame Gourmet Foods Coffee Bars OPC (Tom N Tom's) in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to build a positive, organized workplace and ensure HR operations run smoothly. You will recruit, onboard, support employee relations, coordinate training, maintain records, and assist with HR policies and programs.

Ideal candidates hold a business/HR degree, have up to 1 year HR experience, understand Philippine labor laws, and communicate well.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• 6 months to 1 year HR experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR (Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Administration).
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• HR certification or relevant training is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site.

We are looking for a HR Generalist who can help build a positive and organized workplace while keeping our HR operations running smoothly. From recruiting and onboarding new employees, employee relation, training and development, maintaining employee records, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting HR policies and programs, you will play an important roles in both our people and business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource, Psychology, or related coarse
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred
