Job summary

Creative Skin MEDequip, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management.

• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with employee relations and engagement best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to draft clear memorandums and notices.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle employee complaints and grievances professionally and confidentially, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the development, review, and enforcement of HR policies in line with best practices, DOLE regulations, and the Philippine Labor Code.
• Organize activities and programs aimed at boosting employee morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
• Oversee the processing and documentation of employee leave and undertime requests.
• Plan and propose team-building events and company celebrations, such as birthdays and other internal occasions.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
