Job summary

Verasie Research & Management Consultancy is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations in the Philippines. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, and payroll support while ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

You will also implement HR policies, support employee relations, and coordinate engagement activities, performance management, and training programs. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience and strong communication skills.
