HSO Group of Companies is seeking an HR Generalist to assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records. The role supports payroll activities, benefits, and compliance with labor laws, while addressing employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality, coordinate with department heads, and help with HR reporting, investigations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.
Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
Prepare recruitment documents, job offers, and employment requirements.
Facilitate onboarding and new employee orientation.
Maintain updated recruitment records and manpower reports.
Maintain and update employee 201 files and other personnel records.
Ensure employment contracts and HR documents are properly completed and filed.
Monitor submission of pre-employment and employment requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Monitor employee attendance, absences, tardiness, undertime, leave, and overtime.
Review and validate Daily Time Records (DTRs).
Prepare timekeeping/time summary reports for payroll processing.
Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
Assist in conducting administrative investigations when necessary.
Prepare HR documents such as Notice to Explain, memos, notices, and Notice of Decision.
Ensure disciplinary cases are properly documented and processed in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
Assist in payroll-related HR activities and validation.
Process and monitor employee benefits and government-mandated contributions.
Assist employees with concerns regarding SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, leave, and other benefits.
Maintain accurate benefits and payroll-related records.
Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and employee handbook provisions.
Monitor compliance with company rules and applicable labor standards.
Assist in preparing HR reports, compliance documents, and corrective action plans.
Keep HR records organized and updated for audit and management review.
Assist in employee activities, training, orientation, and engagement programs.
Support performance evaluation and probationary employee monitoring.
Assist in implementing employee recognition and welfare programs.
Prepare HR reports and correspondence as assigned.
Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Coordinate with department heads and management regarding HR concerns.
Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by the HR Manager.
