Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Interprets Company Policy, rules and regulations and ensures all policies being followed.
2. Orients newly hired employee (to a certain level) on the new and existing procedures of the Company.
3. Assist Officer or Senior Officer to review employment records/documents for completeness. Types, prepares and process HR important documents such as recruitment requests, resignations, terminations, transfers and promotions, salary adjustments and other related documents.
4. Establishes, maintains and updates records and files of the department such as employee service records, 201 personal files, physical examination result, SSS HDMF and BIR records. Develop record keeping system of the department.
5. Computes service computation dates, leave with and without pay etc.
6. Coordinate with proper authority regarding recruitment/placement and other requests.
7. Prepare necessary manpower and other HR-related reports in a timely manner.
8. In charge of all the data required for payroll preparations.
9. Coordinate with other departments and employees regarding personnel activities, benefits, welfare and services.
10. Maintain a harmonious relationship to all employees.
11. Participate to all HR/Admin programs and activities.
12. Attend to employee’s request for assistance like loans, leave, SSS, HDMF, payroll complains and the like.
13. Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
14. Ensure that visitors/guests are recorded at the record book.
