Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources activities in Calasiao, Pangasinan.

A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and up to 1 year of HR experience are preferred, with strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.

• Handles last pay processing, travel bookings, and travel-allowance arrangements.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, safety, and training.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field


• At least 6 months to 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HRrole


• With knowledge of HR functions (pay Compensation & benefits,recruitment,training anddevelopment, etc.)


• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures


• Proven experience as an HR Generalist


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint


• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  


• Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)


• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levelswith problem-solving and decision-making aptitude


• Strong ethics and reliability


• Potential to handle a leadership role
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles last pay processing, booking of tickets, and travel allowance arrangements.


• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.


• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but not limited to:
  Compensation
  Benefits
  Leave administration
  Disciplinary matters
  Disputes and investigations
  Performance and talent management
  Employee productivity, recognition, and morale
  Occupational health and safety
  Training and development


• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.


• Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  


• Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
