We are seeking a dedicated HR Employee Relations professional to join our Human Resources team at our Quezon City Metro Manila location. This is a full‑time position that plays a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees. As HR Employee Relations, you will be instrumental in creating a harmonious workplace environment, fostering open communication, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. This role sits at the heart of our employee engagement strategy and directly contributes to organisational culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Managing employee relations matters, including handling grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues in a fair, consistent and timely manner
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and workplace conduct standards
Conducting investigations into employee relations concerns and recommending appropriate resolutions
Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programmes to foster a positive workplace culture
Facilitating communication between management and employees through forums, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
Supporting the development and delivery of employee relations training and development programmes
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records
Monitoring workplace trends and advising senior management on employee relations issues and risks
Collaborating with other HR functions to ensure alignment with broader HR strategy and objectives
Promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity throughout the organisation
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a similar HR-focused role
Strong knowledge of employment law, labour relations, and HR compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, objectivity and professionalism
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with experience in managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving fair and practical outcomes
Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or similar industrial sectors is advantageous
Experience with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development is preferred
