Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Employee Engagement Associate in Ermita, Manila. You will plan and implement engagement activities to boost morale and retention while supporting employee-relations matters.

You will conduct exit interviews, consolidate feedback, and help ensure fair, consistent disciplinary processes in line with company policies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year in HR; experience with documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR-related field.
• At least 1 year in Human Resources.
• Experience in documenting employee records or HR coordination is a plus.

Reporting to: HR Team Leader - Employee Relations and Engagement
As an HR Employee Engagement Associate, you are responsible for planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, supporting employee-relations matter, and administering tardiness-related disciplinary notices to contribute to a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace.

Other requirements include the following:

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including organizational, departmental, team-based, and employee initiated activities.

• Conduct exit interviews and consolidate employee feedback to identify recurring themes, potential risks, and opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.

• Ensure employee discipline cases are administered fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policies, labor requirements, and due process standards.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Engagement.

• Experience in handling employee documentation, case administration, employee activities, or HR coordination is an advantage.
