Job summary

FILOIL Gas and Energy Company, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role focuses on developing and managing competitive remuneration and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our workforce. You will ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, perform market benchmarking, design comprehensive benefits packages, and collaborate with Finance and Payroll to deliver accurate compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Up to 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration or HR roles with significant compensation responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance for compensation and benefits.
Proficiency with compensation software systems and HRIS platforms.
Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
Professional certification such as CHRP or CIPD is preferred.
Experience in energy, gas, or related sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compensation and benefits strategies aligned with goals and market benchmarks.
Conduct salary benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness.
Design, implement, and administer health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Manage benefits enrolment and assist employees with eligibility, coverage, and claims.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and statutory requirements.
Analyse compensation data and generate reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate payments.
Develop training and communications on compensation structures.
Review provider contracts to optimise value and service quality.
Support reward and recognition programs to reinforce culture.
