Job summary

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC. invites an experienced HR Employee Relations professional to join its Human Resources team in Quezon City.

This full-time role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees, fostering open communication and fair policy application. You will investigate concerns, guide managers, develop engagement programs, and collaborate with other HR functions to support culture, retention, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR qualification and degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and employment law.
• Investigate employee relations concerns and recommend resolutions.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees.
• Support HR training and development programmes.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records.
• Monitor workplace trends and advise senior management.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to align with strategy.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity.
