Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits specialist to join our HR team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing compensation and benefits programmes across the organisation to attract and retain talent.

You will conduct market analyses, benchmark salaries, administer health insurance and retirement plans, advise management on compensation decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain compensation and benefits strategies across the organisation.
• Conduct market analyses and salary benchmarking to keep packages competitive.
• Manage administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Provide guidance to management on compensation decisions and salary adjustments in accordance with policy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulations and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and implement employee incentive programmes and performance-based compensation structures.
• Analyse compensation data and prepare reports for senior management and executive leadership.
• Liaise with external benefit providers and vendors to negotiate terms and optimise programme value.
• Communicate compensation and benefits information clearly to employees through various channels.
• Support the broader HR function with recruitment, employee relations and organisational development initiatives.

Filoil Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits specialist to join our growing Human Resources department in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in developing, implementing and managing our compensation and benefits programmes across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our remuneration packages remain competitive, compliant and aligned with our business objectives whilst supporting employee satisfaction and retention.
